Default Muff & Res delete on 200t?

I was told that a muffler and resonater delete on my car would sound nice, but if I cut off half the exhaust system wouldn't I lose power. From my knowledge you need pressure in the exhaust system to maintain power, but I also know the faster a car can breathe and expel it's gasses, the more horsepower would be gained. My question basically is, if I delete half my exhaust would I feel any power loss. The car already comes with such a small amount so I don't wanna lose the little power I have. Thanks in advance!

- Description says the car feels faster along with a reduction in turbo lag. You may want to contact him directly

I can't speak to sound/drone, but on Turbo applications, as wide open an exhaust as you can get is what you want for the least spooling resistance.
