Default E85 Tune Available for IS350 Yet?

Has anyone done an E85 tune for the IS350 yet? Would we need to upgrade the fuel pump, injectors, and/or anything else? I have seen reports of significant power gains from E85 tunes on other NA engines!

And do you think it would decrease the long-term engine/transmission reliability under hard daily driving and a few track weekends per year?

the gains on e85 on any NA motor is not worth the cost involved. You would need new injectors, new fuel pump, and replace all oem rubber fuel hoses that's not alcohol compatible.

reliability all depends on the tuner and of course if its making more power it will wear the drivetrain. but it does run cooler then 91.

New lines wouldn't be necessary; but the biggest thing is the fuel delivery AND the tune. No one has been tuned on e85!
