Looks like the Toyota/Lexus ECU has recently been cracked by everyone in the community. OV Tuning known in the Mazda community is now developing tunes for the Lexus community. Look them up if you get a chance, they have a pretty good deal right now for the first tunes. I might jump on it, I am just not sure whether I want to send my ECU in. Phase I will be sending in your ECU for a Bench Tune, Phase II will include OBDII tuning(Mid Summer) and Phase III will be DIY/Self Tuning. Anyone have a DIY to remove the ECU?

Interesting, I see that they're in Colorado Springs. I'm in Denver.
Yeah, Im still debating. Here is a bit more info from their Facebook:
Phase 1:
Complete recalibration of
Fuel tables and fuel compensation maps
Ignition tables for low and high octane Ignition logic
Variable camshaft targets
and a few more!
I sent them an email and looks like their Phase I special ends tonight at midnight.
Very excited to see the results. The phase 3 custom self tuning is very interesting!! I wonder if other companies like cobb, and other plug and play tuners will get involved?

Ive emailed Cobb before about the 200t and they were not interested because they did not feel there would be enough people that would purchase the tune.
Looks like I wont get a chance to dyno prior to getting the tune. I dont have time in my schedule to get it done. OV Tuning just sent the instructions for mailing so hopefully by the end of this week Ill have the ECU back in the car. Eventually Ill get the dyno done, Im hoping before Phase II.

There was confusion on where my ECU had been delivered. The front desk at OV tuning had it and did not get it to the the tuner. Partially my fault for not emailing them my tracking number. Anyway they started the tuning process but with with Memorial Day it was not shipped out. Hopefully it'll be shipped out tomorrow, Ill be away from home Weds. By Thursday night I should have some impressions. OV hopefully will be posting progress on their FB page.
