Coil test help

Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone can tell me how to do a bench test on a coil using a multimeter? Thanks in advance.

Usually you set a multimeter to Ohms then measure the coil.

Sorry, I don't know the exact measurements you need to know to see if the coils are healthy or not
