Default 9th injector

So I've now conquered extra fueling since the need has now arisen. It's a 1000cc injector that is threaded. so my welder dude made an aluminum bung than tapped it 5/8 than welded the bung to the supercharger. than the injector literally just threaded right in. i tapped the fuel line from the passenger side. i bought a pre formed one foot section of 6an fuel line and connected it directly to the fuel rail. the other end has a 6an to 1/8 in npt. fitting that attaches to the top of the injector. the split second auxiliary injector controller will control it. ill set that up tomorrow. so now more boost won't be a problem and i still get to keep superb drive ability.

Cool build, noice work. 9th injector isn't a bad way to go, I've just never seen a threaded gasoline injector. I may have missed it but have you looked into water injection?

On a side note, with the mufflers you're using is it too loud for daily driving? I'm working on exhaust for my gs right now and i want quiet but if it were bareable I'd go with some turbo mufflers or something along those lines...

yes i have meth. injection. i mention it all over this build thread. yes the threaded injector is rare. fastforwardsuperchargers.com is the only company that sells them. its a 1000cc injector. the aero turbine mufflers i installed are horribly loud. im working on suppressing the noise down alot. because its so loud. and vibrates the entire car under a load. just put some 14 inch long magnaflows on your car and call it a day.

the threaded injector was 160. 80 to have it welded in. but, the world is my oyster now when it comes to needing more fuel. in fact, the auxiliary injector controller actually controls two injectors. i just opted for one right now since thats all it really needs. but I could wind up with two 1000 cc injectors throwing fuel into the supercharger. but thats a crap load more boost.

thanks guys, it sounds better outside the car than inside. obviously a drone issue. i bought some aero resonators ill put after the x pipe than after those im going to step it down to 2 1/4 the rest of the way back. has alot to do with keeping the velocity up because of the exhaust gasses cooling and regaining some low end torque. plus the smaller pipe will suppress some of the interior resonance.

I don't think you have read thru my entire thread than. there is a few pages back pictures of me installing a complete 2 1/2 inch exhaust system with an x pipe. so no, I don't have a y pipe anymore. that factory y pipe would choke my engine.
