JDM 3uzfe swap questions??
So I recently had my timing belt or tensioner give out on my 01 GS430. Since these motors are interference motors, I'm pretty sure the motor is damaged (gonna start pulling everything apart to inspect next week).
I was wondering if anyone swapped a JDM 3uzfe motor into the US cars? If so, are there anything parts that need to be swapped over from the US engine or is it a direct swap. I've found a bunch of low mileage JDM 3uz swaps on eBay for a decent price. I did a quick search on this forum but couldn't find anything. Any info is appreciated, let me know. Thanks in advance.
