Default New GS430 intake option (?)

Was scouring eBay hoping that someone had an SRT they were looking to get rid of and came across this:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/HPS-Black-Shortram-Air-Intake-Kit-for-Lexus-01-05-GS430-V8-Short-Ram-Cool-GS-430-/321271300536?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&fits=Model%3AGS430&hash=item4acd4301b8&vxp=mtr
Not sure if anyone has seen or heard of HPS before, but thought I'd post them just incase someone was looking for one. They come in wrinkle black, polished, red and blue.

Are you ok with it sucking in hot engine bay heat and decreasing performance?

How much did the K&N heat shield run you? ...and did it come with all the necessary installation hardware?

Haha. I feel you there. I was looking back and forth at the pictures from ebay and the pictures I have of the RMM to compare. But, it "appears" that the cutout for the intake on the RMM heat shield is a bit too far forward to lineup properly with the HPS intake. If I do get one, I'd probably swap out the K&N filter for an AEM since 1) they come in black and 2) aren't oiled.
