Can the individual coils be tested with a Multi Meter? If anyone knows the test procedure and specs please let me know.

See attached File. Isolation resistance has to be greater 10M Ohm, however it does not say a voltage at which it has to be tested. There is also a way to test if no Megger (=High Voltage Insulation Tester) is available.
