Default White deposit on coolant tube. Help?

I don't know too much about cars but can anyone tell me what this white deposit is? Do I have a leak of some sort? Below is a picture. Any feedback would be great. Thanks!

Looks like a bit of coolant overflowed. Interesting that its only in the middle of the hose. Just take a wet rag and wipe it off. Then monitor it.

Are you currently using Toyota "pink" coolant in the car right now? Have you ever used anything other than the recommended "pink" coolant?

Gville350, my car has only been serviced at the dealership so whatever they are using I guess? This is the first time I'm seeing it. I also have a flushing sound coming from the dash. I think you talked about this on another thread. Do you think it has something to do with it?
