Best bang for headers would be PPE headers. Best bang for the buck on RWHP would be the JOE Z intake tube. There are other cheaper headers but beware. You get what you pay for.

You can always check the classifieds here. Sometimes members will sell it but be aware, it is a hot item. It will sell fast. You can always put a WTB ad there too and see how it goes.

PPE has different headers for the IS350 and IS250 based on pipe diameter. The tube lengths are also the same length to reduce back pressure. I don't even know of another manufacturer for IS350 who does the same thing for less money. There is one PPE "clone", obx, you can find on ebay which states it is for the IS250/350 which means pipe diameter is not optimized. Other headers on ebay pretty obviously do NOT have matching tube lengths. AFAIK that will never be ideal.
If you find decent PPE alternatives with pipe diameters matching the PPE for the IS350, let us know.

I say go with ppe header. If you go with the cheap one and paying to install it. The install itself will cost you way more than your cheap headers. It's a process of 4-6 hrs one man team.

I just got my coated PPE headers with high flow cats today, you can't beat the quality. They took a month so be prepared to wait.

As I just finished off my Ramen for lunch, the PPE headers are worth it. And you can change it up, chicken, beer, shrimp, meatloaf!
