Hey guys,
I wanted to know what is the best SOUNDING cold air intake should i get. Since i have a 2010 Lexus IS250 and I know that it is slow. So I am more into the looks and sounds. Any opinions? Thanks.

 

I got the Fsport intake which sounds Awesome when you hit 3,500 rpms and up!

 

Sounds good! Do you know how do police knows when or not you have an illegal cold air intake or is it just depends on luck? because i heard some good reviews on the K&N Typhoon Intake, but it's illegal in California.

oh i see. but do you know if the cops will ever pull you over to just check if your intake is legal or not?

 

That I'm not sure about! It doesn't happen out here on the East side but out there in Cali, I don't know. I do know a lot of guys. Out in Cali are using this setup.. Post a thread or do a search to find out!

LMS, 2nd choice would be Fsport or Joe-z w/ a cut out on the lower box which is the same thing as f sport. I personally had a joe z with a cut out of the lower box. I have a stock lower box with cut out you can have if you can p/u.

i wouldnt even worry about the police. they arnt gonna suspect you are illegally modded unless they suspect you street race like a the typical cliche of a young male in a civic.
