Not going to gain anything as far as HP that you can actually feel, that's for certain, unless you wanna lie to yourself. If you want a nice growl and overall great sound, get greddy. Will get a bit rattly near redline for a second, but nothing bad. Short ram is the best sound imo. If you want quiet (quieter than stock fsport), get joe z. It's the only intake that will gain you some hp, but once again, won't really feel it. In fact, with greddy the car feels faster because it's louder and more exciting.
Listen to the guy above, get the joe z pipe, drive with it for a week. It'll be like driving a nice camry. Not trying to put down the creator, the quality is solid, the couplers are some of the best you can get. But from my experience it turned out to be a waste of money because I wanted something that would sound a bit louder than stock, yet not so loud near redline (like greddy) but I have some possible solution to fix that. And prior to getting that intake I asked Joe Z if the pipe would make the car much quieter than stock. I got a few responses but nothing solid, so I just ordered it anyway. And whatever throttle response and faster shift speeds I thought it added, it was all placebo. To really feel anything, you'd have to go forced induction, but not on this car with this engine...I put a TT kit on my 350z before, that was a holy crap kind of change. I don't believe in simple bolt on intakes and exhausts that supposedly add hp. Never gonna feel anything below 20 hp anyway unless you're dreaming. So for me, it's all about the sound (intake, exhaust, etc). So if it's just the sound we are after here...Then Greddy offers the best in that regard. The end.

Enjoy the hot air the Greddy intake sucks in I came from a 590 RWHP 12 Supercharged Mustang, thats supposed to be lound. Not a Lexus is 350 But to each his own....

You're right, lexus isn't supposed to be loud. But it also shouldn't be dead silent either. I also come from a loud and fast car that had a greddy exhaust, a TT kit, etc, and quiet is good after that, but silent is not. Joe z is a silent intake that has no sound in any rpm range. I drive with it every day...I had a takeda before and I miss the growl at low/mid end. To each their own. As far as hot air with the greddy, that is also true but only applies when you're not moving. Once the car is moving, it starts getting air from outside.
