I own this down pipe but I haven't installed it yet. I've had it for about 5 months and it just sits next to my L-tuned mufflers which were not installed yet either. My front down pipe is from LECS and it will bolt up without modifications. You can get this pipe from a web site called (Auto Fashion for Lexus). I have purchased parts from them and never had a problem.

that's Hiro's place.
Prices are nowhere near the best. I think that's the only place selling those downpipes.
I think there are limited effects for the downpipe. Japanese S300 Aristos with downpipes didn't see a significant change in power.

Well, I will give my OPINIONs...
This pipe eliminates the catalyst so it is NOT street legal.
The design places the final Y very far from the engine. I would advise a MUCH closer Y to complete the manifolds design and create good scavenging. It LOOKS very "pretty" and the craftsmanship looks top notch but I doubt it would add any power to a stock 300 and probably hurt low end torque.
Here is a picture of a correctly designed downpipe and Y pipe. Notice how close the Y section is to the 2 primary pipes. This is for a 4 cylinder but a 6 cylinder should be very similar.
