Hey hooligan... Congrats on the purchase of the catless headers. You'll notice a power increase right away. I would guide you on the install process but a I mentioned in the past, I had a shop do it for me. I'm sure if you're not in a rush, you'll be able to knock it out in a day.

I do want to point out that i have been getting a check engine light recently due to the o2 sensor reading a little rich. It's only happened 2 times in the past couple weeks but I carry a code reader in the car so I just plug it in, read the code (to make sure it's nothing major) and I erase the code. I may end up replacing the secondary o2 sensors as they may haw gone bad already due to normal wear and tear.

THANKS E46!
sadly, i'm just going to drop it off at a shop here during the week most likely due to the fact that i just tore my hands up trying to reach the nuts holding the stock headers on there. there's NO wiggle room like there was in my previous is300
we'll see how it all goes once it's all said and done

Yeah it'll happen which is one of the reasons why I went straight to the shop. I would suggest replacing the oil dipstick o rings once you're at it. They cost me like $3 each at the dealership. Mine started leaking oil due to my shop having to remove the dip stick tube when installing the headers.

not too large of a power gain but when i'm in tiptronic i definitely feel a little more pull and you can definitely hear the exhaust being pushed out with alot more force.

Default Figment issue

These headers wouldn’t clear passenger side motor mount at all. Even tried trimming the motor mount bracket and denting the header. Didn’t even bother the drivers side. Gutted the factory catted manifolds and put them back on. Getting exhaust done Friday. 2.5” duals to x pipe then to 2 tuner mufflers. Hope it sounds ok, haven’t found vid anywhere with similar setup.
If anyone wants the headers since I’m getting a runaround I’ll sell for 110 plus shipping. Maybe someone will have more patience and better luck!
