This isn't the first time I've heard of this happening. I thought I was experiencing the same thing on my 98. I read somewhere that a fault in the head unit can cause the battery to drain. Are you running the stock stereo?

do you know how to use a multi meter? Set to amperage and place the meter inline between the posi terminal and the battery - if higher than .05A....start to pull fuses until the amperage drops below .05...then check the circuit for draws

If your driving it everyday and it's dying it's either parasitic draw....blasting the radio....might be a bad regulator in the alternator. ...quick on to check is if buttons are stuck anywhere seat adjusters or memory ect...

The best thing to do is drive it to the parts store and get it tested....bad battery low charge....alternator regulator or parasitic draw will most likely show up on a test
