Seems like your on the right track. What are your hp goals. Here was my set up.

GTE Internals.
GTE headgasket
Boost controller
AF wideband
arp headstuds
bm trans cooler
turbonectic 60-1 turbo
turbonetic wg
turbonectics log mani
550 cc injectors
walboro fuel pump
aem fic

You can get get custom piping done or piece together piping along with fmic. As far as your emanage. Are you doing the install/tuning yourself? if not I would talk to your tuning/builder and see what they are comfortable with tuning.

Yes it will work on auto trans. I was auto as well. You may have to upgrade your valve body to protect the trans though. Also you we def need a trans cooler to keep the temps down.

Nope, 6765 here, but I wanted overkill... I will be close to the limits of a 6266, and 6466 are all ball bearing which is nice but $$$$ next logical choice and had a good deal was the 6765... Billet compressor, just not turbine...

I'm very happy with the 6765, spool isn't terrible aside from 1st gear, dead stop... I'm dynoing the car Sunday, the goal is 450-500 on a Mustang Dyno... I still need a secondary fuel pump for much more...

For 400 whp I would go with either a 6262, 6265 or a 6266. This will give much better power band down low for the street and will still support 500-550 whp.

Correct... If 400 was all I wanted, I would have gone 62mm, just dyno'd exactly 500 whp, and plans for more this winter...
