Default worth it to mod a GS300??

I'm just wondering if it's worth it to put performance parts on the 2jzge motor? I've seen many with the 300 just do a swap to the gte but I havent seen anyone mod the non turbo... My car is running nice and smooth but I love power also and don't wanna waste senless time if the most logical thing is a swap.. and from what I see it's relatively easy and not too expensive.. Can the non turbo motor get in 13's with less money than a swap? I dont see how but just wondring

I have searched that's why I phrased the question the way I did. And actually talking about it and reading about it is different as well. That's what's bad about forums is people are so quick to just say search or start hatin... It's all good tho, I already know what I'm doin. This thread can be deleted.

Neither option is cheap, supporting mods are almost exactly the same as they're both 2JZ's, and if you truly need opinions I don't think anything but stock is a viable option for you.
