Post Project:99' GS300 Aristo Swap

What's up racers, and car enthusiasts! Okay, fairly new on here seems to be the best place for Lexus info for everyone doing bumper to bumper mods. Here's what I'm looking to do. Complete: Aristo 2JZ GTE swap, will be going Big Single , low boost, car will be a DD (daily driver) will overhaul engine while it's out (belts, fluids, seals, etc.). ECU: Any input here I would imagine the stock GTE ECU would handle everything just fine? Will use the Aristo wiring harness. Aristo fuel pump would be smart to obtain to utilize the fuel return line functionality. Want to keep it simple, and clean swap. All tips, insights, info, suggestions, and sure answers would be appreciated thanks in Advance!
