Default Exhaust Question

I just installed my M2 exhaust , I had the resonator deleted before I installed it, the problem is that I'm experiencing alot of highway drone I was wondering if this is normal with the M2 exhaust or is it because of the resonator delete. And will putting the resonator back help decrease drone ? Thanks for any help.

It's because of the resonator delete. Normally the M2 is supposed to be quiet and only loud when you stomp the gas pedal

Instead of putting the stock resonator in, you could put a magnaflow one, or just a simple glass pack in its place. That would yield a louder note from your M2 and keep the drone down. The easiest way is to do what quick123 suggested and get the mid-pipe.
