Thanks guys, a lot of good information here. I appreciate it. With the way that my budget is right now, its either I buy good tires and dont track my car, or I track my car and don't get good tires. I only have summer tires at the moment, better than nothing right?

Yea, don't sweat it. Like I said, with the pro driver that drove my celica with literally tires that were crumbling he amazed me. And another member on here basically was saying don't matter either, first time out is just learning anyways. You'll have a blast and most likely be tired after a couple hours. Crazy to think of those guys who race in 24hr endurance races.

I dont know how they can do that for so long. I get tired after an hour in the car haha. Its hard to find any tracks near pittsburgh, closest one is 2 hours away. I wish I lived in Cali sometimes like EVERYONE else

Well I am in CA & the closest track to me is a little more than 2 hours from me as well lol

If you don't live in Lancaster or Rosamond, Willow Springs is a long way from anywhere.
