Default Swapped in my Boost Logic Trans... now it vibrares

So I just intsalled my Boost Logic built auto. I started the car... Got it up to temps... Made sure fluid was topped off... And I rev the engine a bit. At 1700rpm and above you will feel a vibration. at 2500rpm its more intense and at 3000rpm it is unbareable.

My swap is not a VVTI swap

This is what we checked:

Flywheel to torque convertor bolts
Driveshaft bolts
Seems like I rechecked everything

The only problem I had with the install is that the tail section of the Boost Logic trans supplied to me did not match up with my trans cross member. it sat 1.5 inches upward from where my current teans cross member was. we used solid aluminum and made a "spacer" so it would work.

I honestly dont know what this vibration could be. I tried reading up on it and I see some people have to change their crossmember... But I dont know what crossmember to use.

i have a feeling its a driveshaft alignment problem. is it worse with speed or rpm? does it get worse as the trans upshifts and the speed increases?

Did you use the right bolts on the torque converter? There is a factory tsib related to the bolts used for the converter. The illustration shows the bolts bottoming out inside of the converter. My understanding is that they will not tighten completely even though you think they are.
^ When removing torque converter bolts and washers take special care that the same bolts and washers are used when installing the torque converter.
^ Using an incorrect size bolt or washer may cause damage to the torque converter assembly.

I had to pull my motor due to cyl 6 having no compression and I noticed that pin 12 of the solenoid connector was disconnected at the factory splice point. My trans was running hotter than normal ever since we transferred the swap I have into my new (uncrashed) gs. I have a 2jzgte vvti with a 340e 4sp trans. I'm wondering if anyone has a clue what this pin controls. I have a schematic for a regular ge and the uzs but none for the gte. On those the pin 12 is labeled oil which I'm assuming is pressure control which would explain the trans running warm but can anyone verify this for me? Thanks

^^ OIL is fluid temp sensor, and it is the pin you describe at the transmission plug on the left side
