Default '03 is300 airbox clamps needed!

I am hoping someone has replaced their airbox with cold air intake and could sell me maybe just the top plastic clamp party and the air duct that comes from outside or whatever it's called... Bought my IS and previous owner drilled holes in top of it? Is this a bad thing or ok to just leave alone?

im assuming they drilled holes to get more air flow thru the intake box. which is pretty stupid IMO.
