I want to know what suggestions you can give me so i can eliminate the sound when it's at Low RPM.

 

WTF is that sound? Let us know what kind of setup you have an maybe someone can suggest why your exhaust has that sound. Maybe rasp from deleting the cats/resonator?? Do you have an aftermarket mid-pipe?

It sounds like drag near the end of the exhaust system - maybe a burr in the metal or something. Reason I say that is because I messed around with homemade silencers for my exhaust and could sometimes hear a sound like that.
