has anyone ever installed an invidia midpipe while using their stock exhaust? I was looking for videos on youtube for the IS350s with the midpipe and stock exhaust. couldnt find any.. still makes a deeper sound with stock exhaust?

 

Stock axle back will fit if you install the invidia midpipe. There's a thread here made by another isx50 member of that set up. It sounds a little louder but nothing really noticeable. I have Megan midpipe and exhaust and you really can't tell the difference.

 

when you say you hav ethe megan midpipe and exhaust, Im assuming the stock exhaust?

I have the invidia midpipe with stock exhaust and a fsport intake. It sounds good and you can still have the luxury normal drive aswell, if you go around 3-4k RPM it'll give you a great sound but if you drive normal like a grandma you won't hear it as much. This is if you don't want to much sound.

 

O damn, thats the setup I am thinking about! I currently have the f sport intake and stock exhaust, possibly adding an invidia midpipe! do you think you can possibly make a youtube vid?

 

Yeah of course, I'll make one soon, I'm planning to get springs and steering damper and the fsport grill on saturday then I'll make the video hopefully because then after that I have to bring it to the dealer for them to check my car on a cranking noise that happens when it's starting and also when I step on my brakes it pulls to the right. SO hopefully I'll have time by saturday, if not Ill get it up hopefully Wednesday? when I get the car back.

my invidia midpipe should be here by monday, hopefully installed monday night. is there any special procedure to remove the o2 sensors without damaging it?

I will most likely record it tomorrow, sorry for the delays, it was in the dealer for a few days cuz of the rattle sound on start up and I totally forgot about this haha, give me til tomorrow or latest Sunday night to have it up. I promise.
What would you like me to do all-together?? startup, driving it normally, then stepping gas, anything else??
