I almost order the Dragon TC from Carson Toyota today but when I was told that it wouldn't get of the lag until after 2800rpm. I got discourage and didn't order it. Because the lag is between idle and 2500rpm. I told Angel at Carson Toyota that I will get more information from ClubLexus members about TC before I order it. I will order it tomorrow if what I was told was incorrect. Any info from anybody would appreciated.
Here is a earlier thread explaining Garnet92 reaction to his TC. From what I understand, there is a significant increase in low end torque due to the TC. Hopefully this will help you out.

UTGS400 - I'll order the Dragon TC tomorrow. Thanks for the link. Will aftermarket TC void the warranty?

YES. The after market TC will void your tranny warranty. If you have check engine light turned on regarding to any tranny error codes. Dealer will not fix it if they found out about the after market high stall TC
