OP: You should def consider getting a midpipe or resonator delete. Personally I would suggest a midpipe because you get a bit more rasp when you remove the resonator.
I got my hks yesterday for 300 locally here in Houston . He sold me the exhaust and some other stuff for 400 . I sold the other stuff the same day for 110 bucks. But I got lucky
thanks fellas yeah from the prices i saw on ebay i got a good deal. the guy had sold his is350 and got a dodge challenger so he just was ready to unload the stuff.
I installed it today . I must say I like the look of the pipes with my kit. But I was expecting more sound from a 1000 dollar exhaust . It isn't much deeper or louder then my old m2 setup. It is a tad deeper but maybe like 2 or 3 decibels. I know a mid pipe will make it sound better or resonator delete. I actually I'm thinking of running new piping to make it true duals with a x pipe like a borla . I feel like I could have left the m2 on there with a mid pipe or something and got the similar results. Maybe I was expecting to much because the exhaust is sought after and authentic :-/ none the least I am satisfied completely with the exhaust for the price I paid. But if I dropped a grand I would be totally pissed.

Here is what my GReddy SP Elite sounds like right after we cut the resonator out...yes, it is a bit raspy and not the end all sound I am going for, but it sounds much better than the way it was.
I see a midpipe in my future...but here is a quick video, sounds much better in person:
