Default AEM EMS V2 Help!

Hey guys, i'm having a little trouble getting my car to run/idle right. I need help getting this base-tune revised or HOPEFULLY someone who has close to the same setup can chime in and help me out. I'm not a tuner and don't claim to be, but I need to get the car to run good enough to drive to the tuner! I don't have a truck or trailer, so this seems to be my only option, (I don't think I can tow it behind the Accord!).

I can't figure out how to attach the file since its not any of the allowed attachment types and I don't know how to zip a file on the girls MAC..

If you can help, or would like to try, post your email and I'll send it to you.
Or just let me know how to attach my file.

Thanks in advance,
-Adam

Honestly, it's pretty hard to give you a base map. Even with knowing what parts your car has, it will be pretty difficult. Different injectors have different latency so the phasing in the AEM has to be adjusted to compensate. Your best bet if you can't tow it is to see if the tuner can goto your house and setup a drivable base tune. Then you can go from there.

Sounds good in theory, but the closest tuner is about 100 miles away and they are going to charge me 750$ for the single fuel tune. Yikes!

750 for the tune
100 for renting the trailer
barrow a truck
100 for diesel
50 fuel for the GS

****s starting to add up, this budget is way past what I planned on it to be. I don't want to even think what i've got into the car, but you know how that goes. I've been reading up on tuning as much as I can and my brothers are pretty decent with tuning as well. I was just hoping for a base map to compare, especially for the trans tuning. Since i have the 3200 stall, the AEM doesn't know what the hells going on. It thinks theres a stock converter in there haha.

Anyways, thanks for the idea Jeff, i'm gonna wait a little longer and maybe someone has a similar setup to mine and I can go from there. If not, i'll just have to tow it up there

Edit after realization : HAHA I hate to sound like a cheap ***, but I am lol. I know if im gonna spend money, this is the best place to do it in a build. I'll prolly just end up towing it up there, but I was hoping I didnt have to. Thanks for the advice. I'll keep you all posted with numbers.

Have you tried calling the tuner? Most will setup up a base map so you can get it to them. Kind of a courtesy service.
