who thought it made more power, it just changes part throttle shift points(barely).

read the entire thread...there were a few people that did. i actually had someone pm me and tell me it did too lol. it does more than just change part throttle shift points. but it does not make more hp. lol

, i have a 2000 gs300 plat series. And I red the manual and I never ever tried pwr mode? I thought for gas purpose and the manual says only on dry roads and not to have it on all the time and I notice when i dont have it on pwr mode it seems sometimes that I don't have that take off power i need, I cant wait to try it today.

Welcome to the Club, congrats on the GS300 Platinum Series. It isn't like a whole new world, although you will probably notice more of a difference in your GS300 than a 400 or 430. The one thing about the 300 is that is can be kind of a turd coming off the line, but if I had to do it again, I would have bought a 300, and turbocharged it. Again, welcome and have fun with the ECT.
