Default Another exhaust q.

I know this has been discussed over and over and I hate to ask again, but I don't want to regret this purchase. I have a 350 and my husband wants to add an exhaust, I don't mind but don't want anything too loud or anything that's going to get me in trouble! (I drive like a maniac, he says) lol

Its my daily driver and I don't want to hate it. He's shown me vids off YouTube and I'm still unsure of which to get? Please help... Thanks

F-sport exhaust if you're willing to spend around $1000 or you can get the M2 exhaust (~$250)which is typically a clone of the Tanabe, I have the M2 installed on my car and it is not super loud. I heard it if I press hard on the gas pedal but if im gentle, barely heard it.

Pick whichever you like the most. It's all preferences. A lot of members like the Tanabe exhaust because it adds a nice tone to the car without being too loud and obnoxious.

If you don't want to spend an obscene amount of money, go with the tanabe medallion; its quiet inside the cabin and has a nice purr outside the cabin

Id say go F-Sport... or "Lexus HKS" if you can find one (NOT HKS hi-power!)

Tanabe is a good choice too.

F-Sport is loud. If its your daily driver, I would say greddy or tanabe would be your choices.

I don't know if he still has the same pricing available, but I got my Tanabe from Kris at GOTORacing (a CL vendor) for $650 shipped. That was less than I could even find it for on Ebay at the time. If you go with Tanabe, I would certainly PM him for a quote.... I am attaching his thread.

my vote is fsport =D but i like it louder.

The f sport is a nice deep tone and after you break it in it levels off to a medium level our loudness. Add the PPE headers and it goes up to high!
