I'm confused now, that's a supra interior. You had been talking about your aristo swap gs with the previous issue???

The inconsistent boost could be either the boost controller not working properly (what brand is it?) and can also still be valves, headgasket, or rings, as having any sealing issues with those items can cause varying boost, sometimes boost good sometimes it won't hold it....

Try the following and see if it makes more boost then 5 psi. If it does then the car has a slow boost leak going to one of the vsv's, the reed valve, or the egcv. That or one of your vsv's are not working properly.

Yes you have a VSV issue, I've had that same problem on several Supras and my own GS300. I would just get off sequential and do true twin the right way, take the hardware out that is restricting your flow that is in the exhaust and stock twin piping. I had Darin do this to my car and it made a huge difference in power, and you will never have these pesky issues, also your #2 turbo will last longer and it wont be getting hit hard from a slow pre-spool.

Ok so I tried the 2 hose ttc mod and I only get 5 psi all day every day no more and no less and the car was poo to drive so I changed back to sequential I can boost to 15 psi again now but like before it's luck of the draw when it will properly boost

How did you do the mod? Did you use the one way check valves? Once you boost your car the butterfly should be held open when you park, pull the hose going to the check valve and you should hear the vacuum release and the butterfly close, it doesn't sound like you did it right or maybe the vsv never worked to begin with. This has got to be your problem, you may have to wire the butterfly open. Like you said it is luck of the draw, chances are the VSV never opened the butterfly when you were in true twin so it won't work. Look to hard wire it, but I would remove the butterfly in the exhaust manifold coming off the turbos and the one in the intake pipe, it made a huge difference in my car. The hardwire you can reverse.
