I'm 99.9% sure they'll both fit any 2IS. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Yes the F-Sport intake and exhaust are the same for all 06-12.

They are lexus parts, if you get them from someplace that isn't a dealer they're stolen (or used I guess).

Some dealers are significantly cheaper than others of course... Sewell recently had the intake on sale for $250 for example.

inside the cabin the F sport exhaust can be really loud between 2-3k rpm then it dies out and you get a throaty deep growl from the intake from 3k->

outside of the car is just plain awesome through all rpms - the glug glug at idle then a deep growl from the exhaust ended with a snarl from the intake... mmmmmmm

So the F sport intake doesn't really do anything when you are below 3000rpm? Sounds like it is mostly the F sport exhaust?

I have the F Sport Intake right now and that is correct you don't hear it till about 2-3k rpm. Great sound though.

I am looking to get the F Sport exhaust here soon. Or maybe the HKS Hi Power exhaust but from what I hear they stopped making it after 2009? Correct me if I am wrong.

So F exhaust and F intake above 3000rpm = super loud? I've only heard videos of those two plus a midpipe, but not those two alone.

^ From inside the car it isn't SUPER loud but it is most definitially louder then stock. From outside the car it is on the louder side.

The midpipe itself from what i've heard (invidia for example) amplifies the sound by almost 3x which would make it SUPER loud in my opinion.

I'll try and make a video of F Sport intake + exhaust before I install the PPE Headers this weekend then post one up with everything!

Best of luck to you

Looking forward to seeing and hearing the video. Also when adding the mid pipe does it give a deeper sound or a ricer (no offense) sound?

The Intake is always adding power, but for sound, it doesn't really start to growl until over 3k.

I would go ahead and put both on, from inside the car it isn't very loud. I actually wish mine was alot louder. I don't want to get the midpipe because of the amount that it amplifies the sound, I think it would be too loud. I'm going with the headers for the 16hp gain and the slight raspier (sounds like a race car) at the higher RPM's with a bit of a loudness boost.

From what i've heard it does not make it sound ricey. Keeps the deep growl and just makes it ALOT louder but, some of the videos i've seen on youtube it makes this wonderful farting noise lolol

I'm trying to find my badass camera right now (I know fail how do you loose a $5000 camera) to make the video of. Stay tuned. If you have any more questions i'll try and help.

I saw the videos as well and that wonderful farting noise is what keeps me from wanting the mid pipe. Hahahaha. I just want a deep growl but loud enough to hear inside the car. Are you putting on the headers soon? Would love to hear how that sounds. I am buying my exhaust soon but debating on mid pipe or headers.
