First off let me say hello to everyone here. I am so happy to finally have the car I've always wanted. It is a 99 GS300, blk on blk, 243k, runs pretty good. I'm not driving it threw a WI winter so what else would any gearhead do but build it. The plan is to boost it na-t. But with that many miles I want to rebuild the engine. Im looking for 400-450whp. I would like to beef up as much as I can while the engine is out. Trying to stay on a budget. About 7k, but trans will also need rebuild. I would rather do a manual swap than put the money into the slush box. Anyone who has done this before please give opinions.
