Hello guys I am new to the modifying scene and have done some "research". My dad will be giving me his 2001 Lexus IS300 (I know awesome dad?) and I plan to modify it. I've wanted to do it all my life since I play NFS Underground. When I have the money I plan to do an engine swap from a 2JZGE to a Supra 2JZGTE. California's law states that the engine has to be from the same year or newer, but the Supra engine is much older. Is there a way to bypass the law?
