Used supra/aristo complete pumpkin is the overall cheapest way. You can also buy the used lsd carrier by itself a couple hundred cheaper and put into your pumpkin but the labor will add up to more than you could buy a drop in pumpkin that you can install yourself. Unless you are comfortable swapping the gear set, shimming, and setting the backlash you'll have a to pay a few hundred to a shop.
