Fujitsubo Exhaust
any JDM gurus outhere know if the New Fujitsubo Exhaust Legalis R(the one for aristo S300) is loud compare to others...such as L-sports, L-tuned....HKS, Blitz?
i checked the site:
www.fujitsubo.co.jp
and they have the sound db listed...however, not a clue on the relative sound level factor..do know they are one of the best exhaust maker...

my guess is it would be close to apex WS because of the canister design... usually u can tell by how many resonators it has and the type of muffler it uses.... if u can find out hte pipe size you'll be able to figure out how loud it is... anything 70mm or less the car shoudln't be louder then my greddy.. i woudl be very suprise if it was

Will, I never heard of the Fujisubo (amature people like me).. but the sound of that exhaust is awesome... IMO it doesn't sound as loud as my L-T.. which I am trying to replace ... that dame L-t with the droning noise.. I think I had enough of that.. so is my wife.. so I been trying to find something to replace that... after hearing the sound clip from RI-GS4??? Lsportline is also loud??
I'm in the market for a quiter exhaust.. with a grawl..
Fujisubo.. sound good.. what is the price for them? IS there a application for the Legalis Super R for the Aristo? Can you get your hands on them if I want to be the first in US with them?

LexusRules.. GS4Will is asking if the Legalis R not the Legalis Super R. Legalis R is not the cannister type..

you had me going there for a few too...the super R is for 161(tt) ..and the NEW legalis R is for s300/jzs 160 only....i want something less noise..and the new legalis seemed good choice...
the main pipe is 60.3mm
btw, the 17x series is Crown Majesta...(wish they have that car in the US)..that page showed a rx7

it is ok..the fewer people know the better...they do not get stolen fast/tempting..fujitsubo is one of the BEST exhaust maker in japan..
List price is ~$840+freight to us for the legalis R.
do me a favor and tell me which sounds better(quiter to you)...not sure if the super R will fit our GS....i like the legalis R better due to its oval design...
the only thing i would do diff is the tips.. i have always like to oval round, double wall angle cut tips...
btw, i like the UGO katayama exhaust too...

Fujitsubo is excellent quality. I've seen them before. Very melow sound and welds are fantastic. I can get it but it's special order and I'm sure it isn't exactly bolt on for the 161 since the JDM model uses the 2JZ-GTE powerplant.
