well the $150 is the reward i've earned. how do i go about redeem that on a website? i don't find any phone numbers there either. thanks.

You didn't?

once you click on one of the two locations (dallas for example) there's several phone numbers right at the top of the page.

Calling either number and asking for "parts" would probably work.

Or you can go to the normal parts site
