Default Prices on F-sport installation?

Hello everyone! I am new to the forum. I just purchased a 2008 IS350 sports package with F-sport Cold air intake and F-sport exhaust system about a month ago. I am interested in purchasing the F-sport sway bar and springs from sewell lexus online but I want to know if anyone knows what the charge of installation is for these 2 items would cost at dealer. Thanks in advance.

I would imagine it's a bit on the expensive side. Installing them yourself would obviously be the cheapest option. All that's required is a quick spring compressor rental from auto zone.

Each dealer charges different rate by the hour. But for example if the dealer rate
is 100dls an hour, they should charge you 50dls to put the F-intake, because according to the graph, it only takes half an hour to install it.

Thanks for the help. The exhaust was added into the total cost of the car as for the F-sport Cold Air Intake, they told me it had to be purchased separately. both items are on my car now. I want to upload some vids as soon as the weather gets better out here in Chicago.

That is funny because my dealership was charging me $880 for the spring because it is $55 an hour for 16 hours of work. They even said the car needs to kept in the dealership for a day or two. They were also charging an extra $100-$150 for wheel alignment work time when the overall process shouldn't even take more than 4 hours with alignment.

So basically they charge a lower hourly rate than the usual dealership but gets you for 4x more hours. Time to look for other places for installation.

Funny you asked, I emailed Sewell themselves about installation since I live in Dallas and here was their response:

The labor to install the sways is $421.87
The labor to install the springs and struts is $718.02
Recommend to have a 4 wheel alignment with this suspension work; $129.95

If the chart above is legit, then Sewell charges roughly $220 per hour in labor...

Ah yeah I just noticed the URL of the image. I'm definitely going to print it off and use it as a bargaining tool if I do decide to get any of the F Sport parts.
