Unhappy Newbe have a problem!!

I just bott a 98 gs400 Does anybody know what is?
P1351 VVT Sensor Range/Performance Problem (Bank 2) or how I can fix it?

Post over in the NELOC section, there is a member TACHMOTOR that answers these types of questions, you may even find an answer if you search with the code and use the NELOC section to narrow your search. GL
