Depends on how slow your city driving actually is, but given the GS300/400/430 all get about the same MPG, and my GS430 under similar situations with 20" rims gets me about 18 MPG I would say about that much. If I do about 50/50 I get around 19/20 MPG.

I'm not sure if there a big matter by changing rims to 20s.
The MPG is really depend on how you drive. as i experienced your gas tank will drain fast if you accelerate fast with a high RPM over 3k. that's why i always did slow accelerate to 2.5k RPM and let it slowly shift.
HIGHER RPM will SUCK ur Gas.
Heavy ******T will wasted your gas.
heheeh...
i drive 65-70 is about 2.3k- 2.7k RPM. go 80 MPH, the RPM will be 3k something..... in addition, your car has to be in a normal condition.
Correct me if im wrong.

LOL gs's are so sluggish from a stop and if you do press the gas you feel like your killing the car, sometimes it takes me 5 min to get to 50 mph

60hwy/40 city, I probably get about 20-21...but I'm not on 20s, not sure if that makes a big difference in mpg or not.
