Default Does anyone have a recommendation for an oil cap that doesn't leak ?

I'm on my third oil cap from different sources now, first was oem, followed by replacements From a few of my parts dealers. All of them leak, without fail. Anyone else having this experience ??

Is there a particular replacement that you may have better luck with ?

Are you sure it's not just leaking out of the valve cover gaskets? I've never had any of my oil caps leak on me.

my 01' GS still has the OE oil cap, the o-ring is still in good condition and doesn't leak a bit.

i'd put a lot of money on the valve cover...or anything else besides the filler cap...

Quite positive, I know the difference between the valve covers and oil cap. Guess I'll just find another OEM cap and try it out.

isnt there a metal flap on the inside of the cover that prevents upward splashes of oil in case the oil cap does leak?
