Default hex nut size on the differential

What is the size of the hex nut for the refill-and drain nuts on the differential GS400? Anyone know? I attempted to do a write up on how to change the diff fluid this weekend but realized that I didn't have a hex wrench that big.

need to know the size, so i can get the right tool before lifting up the car again.

Also, how do you measure the fluid level after you re-fill? I was toll to refill it all the way to the refill nut level ?(fill it until you can't fill it anymore w/o spilling out from the re-fill nut. is this correct?
about 2 quarts?

It's a 10 mm.

Less than 2 quarts needed.

There are 2 plugs one for drain and one for fill and yes, fill it up to the top hole.

You've got a pump to fill it up right?

I used Redline Oil. Amazing, I could tell the difference the second I rolled out of my driveway.
