I was wondering If there is a performance programer for the 98-00 gs400 with the 1uz motor?

So to answer your question, there isn't a 'chip' update for the 1UZ. You can search the forums for folks that have tuned their GS' air/fuel with an Apexi or similar device, or used the SRT intake + ECU (which is also just also an air/fuel piggyback).

Yep/././ There is no "chip" for our cars. We have to use a device like a NEo\SAFC or similar to intercept the air\fuel ratio and change it to make more power.
Or you can run a standalone which is not necessary unless you have a heavily modified or boosted engine.
