IS 350 Drag Performance Datasheet
This thread is specifically for the outcomes and results of those races made into an spreadsheet form with relavent information which we can more easily disect to see what changes did for the car.

Leafing through it, pretty tired putting this together to go over it comprehensively, I should note a few big things:
- Density Altitude was taken from dragstrip.com's DA caluclator, and I matched the temp, humidity, and pressure based on those figures (What is Density Altitude? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Density_altitude). DA is the most important factor in drag racing simply because, stolen from a Google search, "The power output of the engine — power output depends on oxygen intake, so the engine output is reduced as the equivalent "dry air" density decreases and produces even less power as moisture displaces oxygen in more humid conditions." My best stock times had a DA of 1099 at 8.785 E/T.
- Rear PSI, the easiest and most controlable change, helps tremediously with grip. Lowering the rear PSI (for our front engine, rear drive) lets more tire touch the floor.
- Out of the few mods we can do, the easiest two are the intake and exhaust changes. Simply put, replacing these two with aftermarket parts allows a more and direct airflow for the intake, and releaves backpressure for the exhaust doing a much better job than the stock counterparts.
