Here is a capture of my OBDII status during highway cruise conditions. My O2 sensor voltages are both at 0.64V FWIW

I am ordering O2 simulator off ebay to try fix this. With the new NGK O2 sensor.. the CEL does goes OFF sometimes (I believe it goes off if it passes 2 times in a row) but then it's back on.

All three items in bold look suspect. How could you have 1100 psi of fuel pressure?? That seems to be an INSANE amount of fuel for barely a blip on the throttle.

.02 volts on the other o2 sensor is WAYYY to lean as well. Maybe you do have a bad pcm.....

The O2 voltage is suspect for sure but I have data of mine at 0.01V as well as 0.64V per my attachment. Must have to do with how the OBDII records the data. So only the 1.28V reading worries me.

I think the fuel pressure looks fine. The ISx50's have two fuel pumps.

The electric pump from the fuel tank should output 28 - 85psi with the ignition on but engine not running.

The second fuel pump is mechnical and will boost the pressure for the direct injectors. Specs are 508 - 653 psi with the engine at idle. Seeing pressure approaching 2000psi is the norm as it will increase with engine RPM. It's even higher for diesel.

Jadeboy - The guys at RCTS tried telling me if i got headers that it would throw up my check engine light and put my car into limp mode..has this happened to you? or anyone with ppe headers? Its probably just RCTS blowing smoke outta there *** because they dont sell the product.

Here's the instructions for the header/sim install from Mazurri. Maybe it will help???

PPE makes excellent header! Well worth the money.. Car definitely louder and more power and torque.. Check Engine Light (CEL) you will have problem with that.. relating to CAT efficiency problem...but there is an easy solution to that.. But my CEL problem is something no one here is having..

Thanks! Gaugster.. you have been a true club Lexus member and have been extremely helpful.. I appreciate all the effort you have given me to solve my CEL problem.

The diagram you sent me seems a little complicated.. but I will look at it..

I got an email from the O2 simulator guy.. He suggested I should use either radio, cruise, or fuel pumps (usually red wire).. I was thinking using the Illuminated Door Sill (but I think it's not ignition wire and will go on when you open the door) on the passenger for power... as long as it's a 12v source it should work... anyone got a suggestion and diagram?

The Saga continues…

I continue to drive my Car… but now I am getting

P0158 - O2 Sensor Circuit High Voltage (Bank 2 Sensor 2) the other sensor on the driver side after the CAT.

And I finally got some REALTIME software to analysis my problem.. The realtime results shows that

P0158 (Bank 2 Sensor 2) always returns a CONSTANT 1.275 V (above the threshold of 1.20) and it does NOT fluctuate… and it’s immediate.. right after I turn on my car even with the car battery unplugged just recently. What would cause a constant value ?

P0138 (Bank 1 Sensor 2) starts fine… at a lower voltage that is valid and is fluctuating but eventually it reaches the 1.20 threshold to throw P0138.

As I stated earlier.. I have brought an O2 simulator.. I may now need another one.

False. The guys at RCTS are misinformed. Jadeboy's issues aside, the PPE O2 sensor extension will clear the CEL. And there's no "limp mode" with these headers, CEL or not.

With all the problems I am having.. I am considering ordering and placing PPE CAT for the header.. Anyone know what the differences in Power, Torque, Sound, etc?

Additionally,

My O2 simulator that I have is cycling between 0.0V/0.7V every 3 sec.. should this be the approximate number or should it be more of 0.45V and less cycling... this is after the CAT.

Default Fixed - Maybe

After driving around for 35 minutes with -2F (-18 C) winter temperature.. NO CEL light!!

It took 2 O2 simulators and 1 new O2 sensor..

The O2 simulators came with heater wires but I decided to use the O2 sensors heater wiring (one O2 sensor heater was broken.. so the sensor was replaced)

I tapped into the ignition power source using the cigarette lighter (for powering the 2 O2 simulators) using Posi-Tab/Posi-Lock http://www.posi-lock.com/posiplug.html this made my wiring super simple, highly recommended...

First.. provide the CEL code.. you will need an OBD II reader..
