Default New Project for twin Supercharge

I just got a reply from local garage about new project of 4GR-FSE + twin C30-94 + twin Intercool + F-con V Pro

They already put an order of twin supercharge from Rotrex. Our project will use Rotrex C30-94 x 2. The lead time will run around 30-45 days.

Will updated the information details and picture again.

Concept ; CM-Motorsport plan to install Rotrex C30-94 on left and right. The left will work directly to left side of engine (3 cylinder) and the right will work directly to left side of engine (3 cylinder)

They need to lower the compression ratio from 12:1 and replace the oem piston, cylinder by aftermarket brand which produce by Titanium.

First step - I only order 2 pcs of Rotex C30-94 with Oil cooling sets from manufacturer. The other small parts will custom handmade and installed by Mr.Koh the owner of CM-Motorsport.

At this stage, I will not change and mod any part of engine due to budget. So, will firstly boost at 5 PSI. Hope they will add around 60 HP

But the future after replace and modify engine parts, we plan to boost around > 1 Bar. This is the reason that we decided to use twin supercharged.

Good luck man! Also I have always been wondering, the e92 m3 has even higher compression ratio than the is-f (if I remembered it correctly) how are they able to successfully boost it without problem but we can't ?( other than the problem with the uncrackable ECU ofcourse) if I remembered correctly, our pistons are not strong enough right?

Yep our pistons are made by aluminum. For the oem pistons and other parts, we should not boost exceed than 8-9 PSI but at 5 PSI will be more safe for street use.

We can boost it without decrease the compression ratio too. But have to replace the pistons and part with moly or titanium. I don't know the material of M3 factory piston. It should be magnesiam???

Most of CL member may wonder why I should not change to IS350 or IS-F. The reason because they are not available here due to 300% Duites. At here, IS250 RWD was MSRP at 3.55 millions Baht. (Around $ 110,900)

Wow, this looks to be pretty amazing. Mind telling us (or PMing me) what the quoted price was? 2 superchargers alone can't be that cheap than tacking on all the additional work...

I am wondering why they would suggest using two C30 superchargers. Rotrex has only three model types compared to Vortec etc... but I would think one C30 would be fine.

Anyway, good luck.

The quote price for each Rotrex C30-94 with oil cooling sets was 110,000 Baht +/- ($3,437)

For Twin Rotrex C30-94 with completed install and tunning would run around 270,000 Baht +/- ($8,437)

The price including all items, labor and F-Con V-Pro Tunning. (Installing time approximate 7 - 10 days)
