^^ Sounds like the original installer jacked up your O2 sensor....... !!!

You will have to buy a new one or try to find used one at a junkyard..

or

maybe check with Tommy to see if he can repair the damage sensor or wiring, since they found the one with the problem.
"Low voltage on LT Rear o2 sensor. Twisted, Excessive Resistance"

Sorry to hear the bad news..

Hey Mark (This is Warren btw). It was nice meeting you at Tommy's place the other day. I'm sorry to hear about the o2 sensors issue. Like Tommy and I mentioned, since now you have concrete evidence from the dealer that the o2 sensors are bad, you may want to go back to the place where they installed and see if you can come to a resolution to get it fixed. There's no guarantee they'll reimburse you, but I would give it a try.

You may have to be persistent on getting some sort of reimbursement because according to yelp, it looks like these guys have a record of screwing up people's car and trying to charge more to get it fixed, so be careful!: http://www.yelp.com/biz/promax-motorsports-alhambra

Just went to promax and fight for my right. but they refuse to help me out and do any reimbursement and replacing service for me.
They claim that my o2 sensor was rusted and hard to remove so they send it out to other shops for unstallment and charge me 15 more dollars for it and still end up like this.
So what do i do now?

Hey Mark, I found this post on my.is (http://my.is/forums/f115/oxygen-sensors-faq-334479/). It's a thread about o2 sensors, and they list vendors that sell oe products. Since we use Denso, here's the site: http://www.densoproducts.com/results...ctCategoryID=2. I've never bought from them personally. Around $90+ship a piece.

As for those A-holes at promax, I'm sorry to hear that they're not taking responsibility for their mistakes. As you read from those Yelp reviewers, these guys try to blame you even though they screw up. I would write a bad review on Yelp and even file a complaint with the BBB (Better Business Bureau): http://www.la.bbb.org/ComplaintInformation.aspx

You are looking for #4 below .. Rear O2 sensor..

List price shows $177, but you should be able to find it online for around $125 (for one) from a Lexus dealer...

Good Luck

Did you get Denso part # 234-4521 ???

I guess you can't go wrong for $92... Also, I guess you confirmed which one is the problem... right?

I strongly recommend for Tommy to install the new sensor once you get it..
