Default Anyone had good experience with a Haltech F10X?

I bought a Haltch F10x piggy back fuel computer from SRT but I'm having a few issues that I need help with. First my car runs much better off the bat with the air flow meter hooked up that with it off. This computer is supposed to eleminate the air flow meter but the car was almost untunable with the air flow meter off.

Second, my fans stop working since the install of the Haltech and we can't figure out how to get them working again without them being hard wired.

Third, my transmission will not shift into 5th gear on the highway. I took it out on the highway for the first time and at 65mph I'm at 2800 rpm and just stays there. The car refuses to shift into "overdrive" at cruising speed.

I know Jeff had this computer once apon a time and I'm thinking that he may have ran into similar problems with it being the reason he sold it. If Jeff or anyone else who has any experiencr with this computer please help me out. Thanks in advance. I've tried calling SRT but their tech support just totally sucks, and that is if anyone picks up the phone.
