2010 IS250 Performance Upgrade HELP!
You're welcome, if you really want to try and push for performance gain mods your list should consist of;
Intake
- F-Sport
- Joe-Z w/ high flow filter
Headers
- PPE Engineering (Ceramic Coated)
- Mazzuri Headers (Two members are selling I believe)
Needs 02 extenders and possibly ceramic coating
You already have a full exhaust I believe.
And last but not least weight reduction. No spare and lighter wheels.
In the above mentioned you're looking at 1600-2000.
All depending on who you buy it from and weather or not you'll be doing instalation.
One last thing, as Kurtz mentioned you're looking at about a 30hp max increase out of all these mods, I've spoken to members here on CL and on my.IS and they confirm that with the above modifications, particularly the headers there is an increase in power and off the line take off. Not dramatic but quote notable. One perfect example would be the memeber Gernby witch did a header install in his AWD 2IS with Mazzuri headers, and I believe shaved off 0.3-0.4 tenths of a second off his 1/4 mile. It's really going to be up to you to decide witch route you want to take. But whatever you do choose let us know your experience and results.

Depends on how deep your pockets are. Like most people say, with the 250 you don't have much to work with. I have a 250 too but some spirited driving in sport shift mode is enough to get my jollies every now and then.
It's depend on the way that you will use.
If you ask for " DRAG " , nothing can reduce your time exept SUPERCHARGE.
If you ask for " Circuit " , yes you can reduce your lab time by many thing.
Install a set of Coilovers, Limited Slip, Sway-bar will help you to use more speed during corner. For improve the performance, you may apply Header + Mid Pipe + Exhaust + HKS F-CON V PRO with tunning.
