Question * T P S * Question and fluctuating idleing?

My people! Here recently I have had lower than usual idleing (I believe others here have had this as well) and have been told it is 1 of 2 things: THROTTLE POSITION SENSOR or weak and old MOTOR MOUNTS. What are you guys take on this?
By the way, this happens while the car is in 'D' with foot on the break, with NO A/C running, after the car has warmed up considerably.
