TRD LSD installation by the dealership
Talked w/ a really good Lexus Tech today. He said he can replace the inner-workings of a differential. So if you guys remember the debate about weather or not the TRD unit is just the guts & gearing or the actually carrier, @ my dealership, they'll do it either way.
